Most orders are delivered within 3β7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders faster. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Yes β we offer free shipping on all orders across India with no minimum order value.
Address changes are only possible before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@muvtech.in or WhatsApp 8850251113 and we'll do our best to update it in time.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your registered email or phone number and we'll resend the confirmation.
Email us at info@muvtech.in or WhatsApp us at 8850251113 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short unboxing video. Our team will respond within 1 working day.
7 days from the date of delivery for defective products, wrong items, or transit damage. Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Yes, no problem. Just reply to our support email or WhatsApp us and we'll cancel the return request immediately.
Products marked "7-Day Returnable" are eligible for exchange if the product is functioning but not meeting your expectations. You'll receive full store credit to choose something else.
Products marked "7-Day Replacement" only cover manufacturing defects and do not cover change of mind.
When a product isn't quite right for you, we want to make sure you find something you actually love. Store credit keeps that door open.
If a second return is requested for a product bought using store credit, it will be very difficult for us to approve. We strongly encourage reaching out to our support team before purchasing β we're happy to help you pick the right product so you don't need to return it at all.
You are eligible for a refund when:
- Your order is cancelled before dispatch
- The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect and a replacement isn't available
- You received the wrong product and a replacement isn't available
Refunds are not possible if:
- The product has been used or mishandled
- You simply don't like the product
- The product falls under the 7-Day Returnable exchange category
- It's a pre-order procured specifically for you
- You're claiming warranty service
Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
Log into your account and click cancel next to your order. This option appears one hour after placing the order. Once cancelled, prepaid orders receive a full refund automatically.
No β once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. However, if something is wrong on arrival, our replacement and refund process covers you.
Each product page clearly lists all compatible models. Always check the compatibility section before purchasing. If you're unsure, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm it for you.

Yes β all our screen protectors are precision-cut to preserve full Face ID and Touch ID functionality.
Most Muvtech products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Check individual product pages for specific warranty details.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery on eligible orders.
Yes. Our checkout uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.
COD is available on most pin codes across India. If COD isn't available for your address, you'll be notified at checkout.
