Refund, Return & Replacement Policy
Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and without hassle.

Replacement Claims
If your product arrives defective, is damaged in transit, or you've received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos or a short unboxing video of the product and packaging
Once inspected and confirmed, we'll dispatch a full replacement. If the exact product isn't available, you can choose a different variant, full store credit, or a full refund.
Refunds
We'll always try to resolve with a replacement first. A refund to your original payment method is issued when:
You received a different product and a replacement is unavailable.
Product verified defective after inspection and a replacement is unavailable.
Order successfully cancelled before it was shipped.
Product ordered based on incorrect information on our product page.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Returns Not Accepted For
To keep our products competitively priced, we're unable to process returns in these cases:
- Defects or issues reported after 7 days of delivery
- Transit damage reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling
- Change of mind on 7-Day Replacement products
- Customised products (e.g. V-MODA engraved shields)
- Personal-use accessories — ear tips, headphone pads, Smartwraps
- Pre-owned products
The following carry no warranty: iPhone cases, iWatch accessories, tempered glass, watch cases, and watch straps.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Log into your account and select cancel next to your order — this option appears one hour after placing the order. Prepaid orders receive a full refund automatically. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return Process Timeline
Once your return request is approved, a RET number is issued and pickup is arranged. You'll receive tracking details by email.
